[TYPO3] Problems with mount point pagetype

Yes, I know there is written some about this subject.

But not enough for me.

I've 2 challenges with this feature.

1.
I've a site with subdomains.
A branche from one subdomain should be available in an other subdomain.
But only the pages and content-elements. Not the lay-out of that
"mother"-domain.
I tried to realise that with the pagetype mount-point.
And if I let show the "mount-pointed" page, the submenu of the page in
the "mother"-domain is shown. But not the content of that page.
And if I click on one of those subpages everything collapses in a 404.

2.
The same trick I realised inside a subdomain (both in the same subdomain).
There it works very nice. Except in indexed search.
A page in such a mount-pointed branche is indexed twice.
And in the search results it's shown with the full path and a second
time with only the pagename. Not necessary to say that the last one
leads to a 404.

Where can I find a manual or tutorial or reader of those list who can
help me out those nightmare?

I wonder.

Regards,

Daniel
