[TYPO3] access /typo3/alt_doc.php

Hi Dmitrii,

I'm looking for a sollution all this week, but didn't get nothing clear.
I supose that is something involved with the hosting, because it's weir 
that ocurred in three difrentes sites that are int the same hosting 
company but in different machiness.
