[TYPO3] server resource occupancy amount

Hi!

I'd like to know whether TYPO3 4.0 can operate in a shared server having 
the following conditions:
In the case of processing exceeding the following values as the server 
resource occupancy amount per one process, the processing is terminated 
on the server side with a message "500 Internal Server Error", and 
subsequent processing won't be performed:
CPU used time: 10 seconds
Memory usage: 10Mb

If it is possible, please let me know how to solve this problem, besides 
chaging the server.
