[TYPO3] Wildside Personnel List prob

Hi, 

 

Is anyone using Wildside Personnel extension?  It looks perfect for what
I need on one project, but it doesn't seem to be able to find my person
/ category records unless I actually put them on the page where the
plugin is, which is no good.  The documentation implies that the plugin
should find persons / categories anywhere in the page tree without
configuration, but, at least for me, that isn't so.  In the Object
Browser I discovered the plugin has pidList and recursive settings, but
they don't seem to do anything either.

 

I'm running it on a more or less clean Typo3 v4 install, and it's a
TemplaVoila site.  Any help GREATLY appreciated.
