[TYPO3] ImageMagick, GraphicsMagick... which image library to use?

If the installer were clever it would a) find IM and b) detect the version 
itself. e.g.

composite -version

The while concept of adding config switches after config switch was dull. I 
suggest we add just one "version" field in the installer (with auto-detect) 
and either set some switches internally or simply make all decisions based 
on the version number.
