[TYPO3] direct_mail, plugin_mgm, and Typo3 3.8

Hi Ryan. My suggestion is to drop Direct Mail, and install TCDirectMail 
instead.
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/tcdirectmail/1.0.2/

It's much easier to install and operate..
