[TYPO3] RealURL confusion

I've found that enableUrlDecodeCache and enableUrlEncodeHash to be  
troublesome with multiple domain RealURL configurations.

Might I suggest looking at one version of my RealURL configuration  
for a dual domain site. After much wrangling with RealURL in the  
past, I use this base configuration to get me down the right road  
initially.

Don't forget to create domain records for each site root in Typo3.
