[TYPO3] RealURL confusion

Hi Derek,

Well it is hard to say what seems to be wrong. Did you check out the
"Speaking URL management" where you can see a lot of options under the
info module? Perhaps the id-to-path mapping shows something.

Maybe also activate:
'enableUrlDecodeCache' => 1,
'enableUrlEncodeHash' => 1,
