[TYPO3] Looking for Scrollable Page Content

Do this with css. Make a fixed height DIV and set the scroll to auto.

Is there a way to insert a scrollable page content element?  I would
like
to limit the text displayed on the page, but want the text to be in a
scroll box similar to a textarea.
