[TYPO3] htmlarea rte <h1>Heading</h1>

Update:  bullet issue was my style issue.

I'm left though with these wonky headers.

In the rte they look good, both in the editor and in html view, on the 
website though they display as <h1>header</h1>, and on viewing the 
source I see that they are: &lt;h1&gt;
