[TYPO3] Chinese local

Hi Rocky

You will have to ask your server administrator what the chinese locale is called on your server.

Hey,

In the typo3 set up I can set  config.language.locale_all = de_DE but I 
could not set the locale_all to chinese.

Can any of you give me some direction on how to do this please?
