[TYPO3] RealURL flush cache?

There is an advantage of NOT flushing cache in your particular case. If 
anyone had links to those pages, he still can find them using old address.

Go to Web>Info and select "Speaking URL management" from the selection 
box in the right top. There you will find both stats and a way to flush 
realurl cache.
