[TYPO3] RealURL flush cache?

Hi,

I'm wondering where am I supposed to flush the cache for RealURL? I just 
changed the name for a few pages, and the URL is still the same. I remember 
in 3.8, a clear all cache command will take care of it. But here in 4.0 
there's only a "clear FE cache" command. And it didn't clear the RealURL 
cache.

So now, what's the official way to do this? I'm not looking for a table 
dropping solution.
