[TYPO3] links in direct mail messages

Hi all,

I am testing and email sent out by direct mail using a template, and in
my email template HTML I have an image link of which I hardcoded to
index.php?id=22 but when people receive the email the links goes to
index.php?id=50&rid=#SYS_TABLE_NAME_USER_uid&mid=SYS_MAIL_ID&aC=SYS_AUTH
CODE&jumpurl=4,

1. How do I remove the
"&rid=#SYS_TABLE_NAME_USER_uid&mid=SYS_MAIL_ID&aC=SYS_AUTHCODE" at the
end of the URL?

2. how do I make the links goes to index.php?id=22 in the email received
by people rather than going to index.php?id=50 and then click through to
other pages

Please help because I couldn't find any info in the direct mail tutorial
and direct mail documentation. And thank you for all the helps :)
