[TYPO3] Can't install

Hi

I am no expert, but with version 4 you have to create some directories 
yourself, In, /typo3temp.
dir names to add                        - temp - pics - llxml - cs - GB

I didn't use 123 i did http://blabla/install/index.php

Try that

Also make sure all permissions are set
