[Typo3] Warning: mysql_fetch_row():supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result

"Can't create/write" seems to be a permissions problem.
With permissions on Windows Server I can not say much, thus I use Linux.
Otherwise it can be corrupted table. Usually in phpMyAdmin you can not  
read this table too, if it is realy corrupted. In thus case you should  
repait the table (REPAIR TABLE tt_news)
