[Typo3] Warning: mysql_fetch_row():supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result

Hi,
I set $debugOutput to TRUE and receive following warning when on my site 
with news-items:

Can't create/write to file '/disks/work1/_mysql_tmp/#sql248_12059_1.MYI' 
(Errcode: 13)
---
You could take a look by yourself please, as I dont konw what to do with
