[Typo3] Is typo3 3.8.0 beta2 + Templavoila 4.0 bad?

Sheesh! I knew it was something simple (although nothing is simple in typo3)
When I upgraded to 3.8.0 final I remembered to run the the database 
analyser thru the install tool. Site works now. Hope you all have 
similar luck.
