[Typo3] 'Job Offers' extension

I have installed the 'Job Offers' extension and got it all set up and
working properly. However, I am having real issues figuring out how to
implement my own template to display the output of the extension.

I've looked at the example template file, but I don't understand where I'm
supposed to put the template file that I create. Does it go in
uploads/cl_joboffers/ ? If so, does it have to have a specific filename?
