[Typo3] Please help: can NOT receive confirmation mail sent by the Frontend User Registration plugin

Dear all,

Have installed the Frontend User Registration extension to my TYPO3 on WinXP and configured it according to the manual. For some reason, I couldn't receive the registration confirmation mails. Below is what I did:

1. Modified the following lines in "C:\apache\php\php.ini":

[mail function]
; For Win32 only.
SMTP = <SMTP server IP address of our ISP>

; For Win32 only.
sendmail_from = <My email address provided by our ISP>

2. In the MMC of Microsoft IIS, opened the property window of the Default SMTP Virtual Server, and in the "Access" tab, clicked the "Relay..." button to bring up the "Relay Restrictions" window. Added both "127.0.0.1" and the SMTP server IP address of our ISP to the list for granting relay access.

3. Set the "email" property of the Frontend User Registration extension to my email address provided by our ISP (same as what's specified for "sendmail_from" in php.ini);

The registration page runs properly with the corresponding front end user account created properly and NO error reported. Nevertheless, I couldn't receive any confirmation email. Please kindly advise and thanks in advance.
