[Typo3] translate plugins

If there is a translation in the locallang file but you get still only 
English, maybe you have to tell T3 what language you prefer.

Put something in your template like this example:

config.sys_language_uid = 0
config.language = nl
config.locale_all = dutch
config.locale_all = nl_NL

Maybe this will do the trick.

That's also a part of a multy-language setup (Romanian and Italian in 
one site)
