[Typo3] translate plugins

Hi Daniel				

I've tried the first way but I didn't get any results ... the fe interface is still in english.

I have downloaded the a4n_edit_locallang extension and I've tried to translate tt_guest but I get "no language file exists" . Is there anything else I need to do for this to work?
