[Typo3] Frontend users creating there own personal homepage... (looking for a extention)

Hey List,

I have been looking throughout TER but couldn't find this one.
I am looking for a extention so a user can make his personal homepage on 
our site (using HTML only, maby with TER aswell)
I don't want all FE user to have BE access so I am looking for a FE 
extention.

Any ideas?
