[Typo3] Make printlink extension and typo 3.8

Hello,

I've got two identical sites. One in typo 3.7 and one in 3.8. I've
gotten everything working in 3.8 except for the make printlink
extension.

Has anyone out there gotten that extension to work with 3.8? Did you
have to do anything different to get it to work?
