[Typo3] CpCRH second-level menu items?

Hm... Okay, due to a small browser I didn't see the 2nd level items  
on the right side :)
I'm trying to modify the template to move these items to the left  
side as "normal" sub items, but not having much luck.
Does anyone know if there is a version available like this?
