[Typo3] 3.8 and FE-Users Folder icon

hi!
reported that some time ago (see http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=858) but 
obviously kasper changed that deliberately even though it makes not much 
sense to me. perhaps together we could convince him that the "old" way was 
far more intuitive...
