[Typo3] Will there be an updated WAMP-installer including 3.7x or 3.80 in the near future ?

Hello Parker,
If you just try http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1/ do you see
XAMPP welcome page? If not make sure you run apache_start.bat and
mysql_start.bat first from XAMPP directory and also check that they
started without any error.

If you started those 2 batch files already and still having problem,
try to go to install tool directly by
http://localhost/quickstart/typo3/install/
