[Typo3] web_view edit page content in backend

Hi

When I log in in the BE as admin, a page that is displayed in the 
web_view module can be directly edited using the tiny pencil icons. When 
I log in as a non admin BE user, the pencils aren't shown, although the 
user IS allowed to edit the page's content what can be verified using 
the web_page module.

How must the user be configured to make it possible to edit pages in 
web_view?
