is on the index.php page and shows up when I try to log into Admin.
How do I get past this?

I replaced my path with (path)
Here it is:

Warning: fopen(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose
uid is 687 is not allowed to access /.(path)../typo3temp/llxml owned
by uid 398 in /(path).../t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 2020

Warning: fopen(path...)/typo3temp/llxml/tsfe.xml_3e73584d10.default.iso-8859-1.cache):
