[Typo3] Anyway around SAFE MODE restrictions

Yes it can. However of course there'll be some consequences: All
exec-functions will be disabled.

Means: No ImageMagick, no diff, no PDF indexing, ...

It's not a restriction of TYPO3 but PHP. However TYPO3 tries to work around
it as good as possible.
