[Typo3] real example - Call to a member function

this is my problem on real example
two domains which point to the same typo instalation
http://ontrack.home.pl/krollontrack/
and
http://www.krollontrack.pl
first one works ok
but with http://www.krollontrack.pl we have lots of problems
Some random error shows up. Sometimes it happens on main page sometimes on 
subpage.
Just click thru all menu.

/tslib/class.tslib_fe.php on line 2204

sometimes after clearing cache
The original character set "iso-8859-2" was not found in t3lib/csconvtbl/
Forced charset not found

I tied lot of things like reinstal extension, removing indexed search
reinstall all source

I am almost sure that problem is with web server or some kind of 
configuration bu how to explain that it works on one domain and doesn't on 
second one.
