[Typo3] Error when executing sql script

How long does it take for the script to run in phpmyadmin? Also that 
long or much sorter?
If the script is 750Kb GZipped...then it is really really a nig big SQL 
which I don't think it is...
Is I think it's a DB dump....
Can you explain what you are trying to do?
