[Typo3] TemplaVoila Wizard messed up now

I was just trying to resolve an issue with my templates folder.  I made 
a templates folder from file admin.  I have a large image folder, 
however when I tried to drag/drop it into the templates directory using 
SmartFTP, there was a permission problem.

So I decided to delete the folder completely, start a new one myself in 
SmartFTP and upload everything into it.

Everything is uploaded however now I find this error when I access "Web 
 > TemplaVoila"

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: fullquotestr() in 
/home/stratcom/public_html/redesign/typo3conf/ext/templavoila/mod2/index.php 
on line 1444"

So then I deleted my templates folder and then I get this erroe when I 
try to access the wizard:

"/home/stratcom/public_html/redesign/fileadmin/templates/ was no dir!"

I am getting pretty frustrated. I was hoping to get started today on 
this...
