[TYPO3-dev] [TYPO3-english] typo3temp fills with hundreds of .js files

Bug #12375 STILL isn't fixed completely in 4.5.3 as per my previous
message because the file resides in 2 different locations and what's
worse, now there seems to be a regression as the included files
gmenu_layers.php and tmenu_layers.php appear to be old unpatched
versions.
