I think I missed that discussion :(

Extension's status should be real, otherwise there is no point in the 
status: nobody will trust it.

I would say that SimulateStatic is stable. OpenID is stable. t3skin is 
stable. But Extbase should never be marked as stable because it is changes 
all the time and a lot!
