[TYPO3-dev] Extension Updates and Version Control

Hi,

I'm using version control (SVN) for my TYPO3 solutions, when adding fx. 
and extension fx tt_news to my svn repository an .svn folder is created 
within the typo3conf/ext/ttnews/ folder.

When updating ttnews later my .svn will be overwriting when updating 
through the extension manager, how do you manage this?

When doing like this, i got conflicts in my svn. Any suggestions?
