[TYPO3-dev] Block type image and multiple links

I have clients whom are complaining that links in block type « images » containing multiple images do not work anymore with Typo3 4.5.2.
I've tested it and I can specify 1 caption per image but the link field, with 1 link per line, only associates the first link to the first image... leaving the other images without links!
As I read the help message stating « one per line, one link per image », a tooltip appeared that says « Enter a link for the image. For multiple images, separate the links with commas. »... and YES comma seperated links do work!!!!!  But as my clients are set in French mode, even the tooltip did not give the answer.
So... can I update the language files or will futur Typo3 updates break my small patch?
