[TYPO3-dev] Show changes for localization editors

Hi,

just to give you an update:

The page tree shows the status of the content elements now too. The 
screenshot [1] shows the following possibilities:
* Page #1: The page is missing a translation
* Page #2: The page itself is translated, and there is no content in 
default language, so no content to be translated
* Page #3: A content element changed in default and needs to be 
translated OR A content element exists in default but not in a translation.
* Page #4: All content elements are translated but not really edited 
(means timestamp = crdate or just pressed button "element copied from 
default)
* Page #5: All content elements are translated and not changed in 
default in the meantime

BTW: If someone wants to review [2], I need that for the implementation 
inside the tree ;)
