I think the issue is another: The author of a bug track entry doesn't
get notified by email when something on "his issue" happens. So if I
open up an issue and the developer "requests feedback", I (as a
developer) expect the author of the issue to be notified by email.
The problem is that currently no emails are going out in Mantis because
of email server troubles, because it used to work quite well in the past.
