There's no error message, the manual is rendered, but it contains a few 
empty pages,

In the second version you can see in the TOC that there are some empty 
section links: 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6 and 1.9, and also subsection (under TV 
sample) all called "Extension Manuals" and all off them unavailable in 
source file.

Maybe it's concerned on Franocis' post... I will examine it on the next 
manual, however... therefore I wrote this post: I would like to make 
sure that everything will be correct in the final output :)
