[TYPO3-dev] Lots of assigned core bugs in the bug tracker (note & proposal)

Hi!

There are lots of assigned bugs in the bug tracker. For many of them
assigned persons do not do anything. It is not good. When the bug is
assigned, the person takes a certain responsibility. If (s)he does not
intend to work on the bug, the bug should be unassigned. Anybody else
should be able to take care without accidentally snatching the bug.

Please, be more responsible when you assign the bug to yourself. Do it only
if you intend to work on it, provide a patch and commit soon. Otherwise,
please, leave it unassigned so that others can freely take care.
