[TYPO3-dev] Shortcurs broken, if in Modules User- or Admin-Tools

can't see any relation. Shortcut works for me without problem with 
actual trunk.

do you have TYPO3 at root of domain or in a sub 
(localhost/dir1/dir2/dir3/typo3) ?
