[TYPO3-dev] Version of javascript in backend of TYPO3 4.3.2

Hi,

i will update ExtJS to 3.2 soon in 4.4 branch, all older version of 
TYPO3 won't get new JS lib versions as there are only bugfix releases.

I don't care much with prototype/scriptaculous - we want to eleminate 
these libraries on long sight.
