[TYPO3-dev] Update Menu on Extension install broken

Hey List,
I think I encountered an bug in our RC-trunk...
If you installed an  in 4.2 having a backend module (f.e. User 
taskcenter) the Module Menu in backend got refreshed immediately.

In current trunk this does not work for me anymore ( two different 
servers with trunk from this morning).

Since a click on such a module results - for shure - in an error and the 
menu only updates on reload, users mitght complain :)

Can anyone confirm this one? And if so, any hint where to start searching.
I think this has to be fixed before release...
