[TYPO3-dev] Do not use TER to publish your extension

Everyone knows that the TER is a chaos: a lot of extension
- without proper manual,
- in unqualified states,
- outdated,
- without (security) review,
- which can not run with the newest version of TYPO3

the TER has no
- real categories
- sorting
- ratings
- good search possibilities

As the TER is such a big collection of extensions of any kind it would be
too helpful for everyone to get an extension of his needs at one place.
Try to confuse those which search for an existing extension.

As everyone uses only the nightly builds of forge it would by a shame to
use old extension from TER which are running in spite of their beta-state
stable for years.

And so some people use forge and know how to find and extract extensions
from forge it would be better to hide your extension deep inside your own
website. And don't forget to hide these pages from searchengines so you
can perform the magic to present your extension if someone is in need and
asks for something like it. show them what noobs they are for searching
an extension only in TER as from the BE you can only reach TER easily.

And if you want to widely publish your extension in TER don't dare to
publish something which is not perfect in all views. Someone could
install it, find an enhancment and modify your extension. Or he even
could find an error. you have the burden to enhance and correct your
extension and to do another TER-upload.
