[TYPO3-dev] TYPO3 4.1.8: bug in PHP 4.4.9?

Myby this is just me, but one of my sites says that str_ireplace is
missed in my php.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: str_ireplace() in
typo3_src-4.1.8/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_content.php on line
5508

As php_man says Case-insensitive version of str_replace. (PHP 5) .
Please notice PHP5 in last statement.

Could you please state this in warning massage?
