I am fine with dropping MySQL 4.0! I am all for it! +100! But I want to keep multiplyDbSize until there is a proper solution to migrate latin1 databases to utf8. I got recipe from Stucki and going to try it over weekend. If it works, it can be set as recommended procedure for migrating such sites. But we should give people time to migrate - may be till TYPO3 4.3.
