[TYPO3-dev] Moving old "static templates" to a sysext

Hey,

nice... thanks Stephane! ok. so we just need to:

* Remove the default templates for core
* Add a good integration to the defaultstatic_tmpl (make it 
"core-compatible" in terms of cleaning up the core so that once the ext 
is installed it smooths in nicely).
* Add a text-based update wizard.

Correct?
