There is no way that we could answer your question.  Are you talking 
about BE or FE login?  What FE authentication solution do you use?  What 
BE solution do you use?  TYPO3 version?  PHP version?

More importantly, I am pretty certain this is not the correct list to 
post your question.  Try the English list or one of the many, more 
localized user group lists available.  You will have better luck finding 
an answer or discussion leading to the answer there.

Before you post your issue to any list please make a search on the TYPO3 
bug tracker which you can find at http://bugs.typo3.org for similar 
situations and often enough, you may find your answer.  If you don't 
find anything do not post a bug just yet.  You should search the entire 
web via google or another search engine which will often times produce 
an answer from the archives of all TYPO3 mailing lists, TYPO3.org 
itself, or one of the many, quality blogs and help sites created to 
support TYPO3 development or use.  It is highly likely that your 
situation has been experienced before.

If you have already read/re-read all the documentation regarding TYPO3 
general usage, or if your search at TYPO3.org produced nothing, you may 
consider the more advanced documents available from 
http://typo3.org/documentation.  That page lists the most relevant 
information you may need to work with T3.

I also recall that you can discuss such things over IRC on the TYPO3 
channel though I have no off hand details regarding that.  Google search 
for 'TYPO3 IRC channel' and you shall find information for using that 
resource.
