[TYPO3-dev] sporadic login problem with newloginbox:

Hi!

My typo3 site is not stabil, sometimes I can login, sometimes I can't. The only message, what I see, the "Login failure" message.

Do you have any idea, how could I know more detail from this issue f.e. what does this error cause?
